We are currently recruiting experts in the following two major fields:
1. Alternative Model ScientistThis position
focuses on the development and application of non-traditional models to provide preclinical research solutions with higher translational value.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and optimization of humanized models, organoids, 3D tissue models, and ex vivo platforms. Integrate these systems into pharmacology, immunology, oncology, and metabolic research.
Qualifications:
1.1 PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or a related field.
1.2 3–7 years of experience working with alternative models in a CRO, academic, or biotech environment.
1.3 An innovative mindset with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies and translate complex scientific data into actionable insights.
2. Technical Director – In Vivo Inflammation
This role serves as the scientific and strategic leader for the service line, responsible for team leadership and in-depth technical engagement with global clients.
Key Responsibilities: Design and execute complex preclinical animal studies for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, including acute and chronic models. Act as the primary scientific point of contact for clients regarding study design and data interpretation.
Qualifications:
2.1 PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Inflammation Biology, or a related field.
2.2 10+ years of experience in in vivo inflammation models.
2.3 Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring scientific teams and contributing to business development.
