Academic Calendar Updates for Academic Year 2025 (Year 114)

  1. In accordance with the Executive Yuan's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration’s work calendar for 2025 and 2026, and revisions to regulations on physical education courses, the updated calendar was approved in the Administrative Council meeting on July 3, 2025.

  2. The following holidays have been newly added:

    • Confucius’ Birthday / Teacher’s Day: Sunday, September 28, 2025

    • Compensatory Holiday for Confucius’ Birthday / Teacher’s Day: Monday, September 29, 2025

    • Compensatory Holiday for Taiwan Retrocession Day & Battle of Guningtou Victory Day: Friday, October 24, 2025

    • Taiwan Retrocession Day & Battle of Guningtou Victory Day: Saturday, October 25, 2025

    • Constitution Day: Thursday, December 25, 2025

    • Labor Day: Friday, May 1, 2026

  3. The deadline for withdrawal from double majors and minors has been adjusted from Friday, October 24, 2025, to Thursday, October 23, 2025.

  4. The Lunar New Year holiday period has been adjusted from Monday–Thursday, February 16–19, 2026, to Monday–Friday, February 16–20, 2026.

  5. The confirmation date for the list of students who have not completed tuition and fee payments has been changed from Friday, February 20, 2026, to Friday, February 13, 2026.

  6. The freshman swimming proficiency test originally scheduled for Monday–Thursday, September 9–12, 2025, has been canceled.

  7. The earthquake evacuation and shelter drill has been rescheduled from Wednesday, September 24, 2025, to Thursday, September 25, 2025.

  8. The Joint Sports Games originally scheduled for Saturday, May 16, 2026, have been canceled.
