[Teaching Assistant Application] Announcement on the Application for Teaching Assistants for All-English Courses in the First Semester of the 114 Academic Year
Dear Teachers:
The College of Medical Sciences is now accepting applications for teaching assistant positions for all-English courses in the first semester of the 114 academic year. Faculty members can apply for teaching assistant positions based on their needs!
If you are teaching an ESP/EMI course at our college, you may apply for a maximum of two teaching assistants per class, depending on the number of students. Applications should be submitted by the course instructor. Each teaching assistant can apply for a maximum of 32 hours per course.
Instructors should submit their hard-copy application documents to Mr. Anthony Huang, Executive Secretary of EMI, at the College Office on the 12th floor by January 23, 2026.
Required hard-copy application documents:
1. Application form (see Attachment 1 in the attached file).
2. Teaching schedule (must include the teaching assistant's scheduled tasks for each week).
Notice that those who have already applied for EMI teaching assistant positions with the Academic Affairs Office are not eligible to apply again. For other details, please refer to the application instructions in the attachment.
