Best Test of English Proficiency
In conjunction with the "Bilingual Learning Program for College Students", the Ministry of Education subsidized the Language Training and Testing Center (LTTC) to develop and administer the "BEST Test of English Proficiency", abbreviated as "BESTEP".
【Test Features】
This is an English communication ability test developed for domestic college students, providing a new and more appropriate assessment tool.
Emphasis is placed on assessing general academic English and the English communication skills required for international academic or corporate workplace communication.
Aligned to the CEFR language proficiency framework, the test levels cover CEFR A-C and are internationally comparable.
No need to apply for the exam at different levels, flexible and convenient.

Test items: Choose one of the following: (1) Listening and Reading (2) Speaking and Writing (3) Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing Test (Free registration)

114.05.24 (Sat) Listening and Reading Test
Test location: Taipei Medical University Xinyi Campus (Test location will be determined based on notification after registration)
Registration time: From now until 12:00 on March 3, 2020 (Monday)
Eligibility: Undergraduate/graduate students at Taipei Medical University

Please register with your Peking University Health Science Center account
The results of the PELIS English Test will be sent to the Language Testing System by the Language Center and used as the "English Proficiency/Foreign Language Certification for Graduate and Undergraduate Students".
Students who have not yet reached the graduation threshold can take this opportunity to apply for the test for free.
Those who fill in unclear registration information or whose photos do not meet the requirements will be deemed as ineligible.
